Learning Activity: CENTER TRACKER/REFLECTION
Google Form
This form will be used daily as a center tracker system. Students will be asked to use the Symbaloo page to click the link for either the Spanish or English reflection form. They will complete this form within the last few minutes of center time. The data collection sheet will be used by the teacher to track which students need more time at which particular stations. This form in the future can be altered to include a place for a URL if students will be turning in student output creations at any English Language Arts or Spanish Language Arts stations.
The form may be copied and developed differently for different groups of students if accommodation are need in the form of images or more (or less) sentence stems. I created this form to be very short for now with only one question as students will take a long time to type anything in the beginning and I don't want teachers to shy away from having students type, but we will have to work on student capacity over time.
Steps to Completion:

Steps to Completion:
- Students access for the Google Form reflection via the Form link. Students do not need to have a GAFE or even an email account to fill out a Google Form. The teacher will provide the link to the form (Symbaloo is used for access in this example)
- Students may or may not access the Google Sheet backend data, but teacher will have access to this. A teacher could provide students (and parents) access to individual student responses (after sorting). This will show student growth and accomplishments within centers over time.
- The teacher can also project data/student responses to share student reflections to help teach to proficiency with student work.
